A graphically pleasing resume is useless if it gets bounced by an ATS filter. Unfortunately many of these systems are not even updated to correctly parse a PDF file. Until these systems come out of the stone age; or I find another way to optimize my resume it will continue to look like it was created in Notepad or Text Edit.
